Anti Bribery Essentials

Bribery is bad news for business, society and the economy, which is why the government has taken tough action to combat it. The Bribery Act of 2010 makes it a criminal offence for anyone to give or take a bribe. The Act doesn’t just target individuals: commercial organisations can now be held accountable for the actions of their employees, if it can be shown that they didn’t take adequate steps to prevent bribery.

All of which makes it imperative that you provide your staff with a clear understanding of the law. Sound involved and expensive? It doesn’t need to be. Our Anti Bribery Essentials training course gets everyone up to speed with the Act and its practical implications. It gives you a means of tracking learner progress, so you can be sure everyone has the level of understanding they need.
