The award recognises outstanding client service as rated by customers themselves over an extended period. Last year, we received 178 pieces of feedback on our service, with comments such as “professional and efficient” and “fabulous helpful service” proving very popular. We’re proud of our ratings of 4.8 out of 5 for customer experience and 4.6 out of 5 for product rating, as they reflect how we work each and every day to provide the high-quality service our customers want and expect of us.
