That's right, we're on the hunt for an Account Manager on a mission. Someone who can help our company grow to new heights by expanding product sales.
You'll be working with 150-200 of our lovely clients, so if you're a personable sort with a good ear for listening and fab customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you!
Here's what you'll be up to:
We like to look after our customers and make sure they're getting the most out of the products and subscriptions they have with us – that's where you'll come in.
You'll stay in touch on the phone, by email, and in face to face meetings (so be prepared to travel) to ensure your customer base are as happy as can be and continue to utilise our products.
On that note, we're a busy bunch and are always developing new products/services we think our clients might like, so you'll need to stay up to date with what's on offer and be ready to share the good news with your customers.
Ideally, you'll be comfortable using web conferencing software such as WebEx or Skype to stay in touch and offer demos of our products – well, it is the 21st century after all!
