The course also covers best practice when it comes to market competition, reducing the risks and protecting your organisation in the event of a breach.
Learners will also explore scenarios to learn how to identify which agreements are okay, which to avoid and how to raise concerns of anti-competitive behaviour.
This eLearning course is set in an immersive format, based around a fictitious logistics company with scenarios that are relevant across all industries and sectors.
Learners take charge of a fictitious character, Vernon, who is preparing for a major trade show and the various scenarios that could raise concerns competing fairly. To complete this challenge, learners will need to work with Vernon to avoid any anti-competitive behaviour at the tradeshow. During the challenge, learners will collect a reward for each correct decision. Learners need to collect six rewards to avoid prosecution and ensure the scales of justice don’t tip against them.
