Protecting your Identity
Protect identities within your business
Identity theft occurs when an identity thief obtains enough personal information about someone (living or dead) to enable them to commit identity fraud.
The thief only needs to know your name, date of birth and current/previous address to steal your identity and use it to commit fraud. The more information they obtain the easier it is.
This eLearning course outlines the risks of identity theft and the consequences that result along with a number of ways in which you can protect yourself.
The online training concludes with a quiz to check your understanding of identity theft and how you can protect yourself against it.
