The Importance of a Code of Conduct
It is essential that all employees act ethically, show respect and have integrity. A good Code of Conduct acts as a reference point for your employees and sets standards of professional conduct. It communicates and enforces your company's values and desired behaviours. An effective Code of Conduct guides employees on how to do things and enables organisations to communicate the tone from the top. Building a culture of compliance requires aligning all employees with organisational values and setting expectations for your workforce.
