Carers fulfil a vitally important role in society. All too often the work that they do hasn’t been recognised or valued as it should be. Our Carer Aware online training course has been designed to help change that: it provides everyone with the knowledge and understanding they need to identify and meet the needs of carers.
Developed in collaboration with the Health & Social Care team at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, and fully revised and updated for the Care Act, Carer Aware is a practical, engaging and highly cost-effective online training resource that can be accessed by your staff whenever and wherever suits them.
Comprehensive mastery test to verify each user’s knowledge and understanding of the contents of the course. On successfully passing the test, users can download a personal course completion certificate.
