This course encourages all employees to speak up first if they have any concerns. The learner is presented with difficult situations and asked to make decisions about what to do to assess if the learner can do the right thing when speaking up.
The course contains two topics:
Throughout the course the learner is presented with scenario-based questions and asked to make decisions on what to do next. If they answer the question correctly or partially correctly, they collect a Speak up badge. The learner is required to answer six out of seven questions to complete the course.
