I would recommend Delta net because they give such a personal service, it doesn't matter what I need, when I need it or even if I've been given the answers before and forgotten them! they are always really helpful and friendly. I've mainly had support off Kathy and Kerry who are fantastic. Also Joe who is are account manager has a amazing skill of letting us know about new products and encouraging us to try them without ever making us feel like he is pushing/selling to us, both my manager and I have discussed how refreshing this is and it's such a good approach to have.

Delta Net were very professional through the development of two on line programs. Throughout the development I worked alongside them. I wrote the content and they changed it into an on line course advising on suitable interactions and discussing my ideas. They were very amicable to my suggestions and making changes as the course progressed. Throughout the process they were very helpful and friendly. It was- pleasure to work with them. I thoroughly recommend Delta Net. We are currently about to start an update so will be working together again in the next few months.

Lancashire County Council has worked with Delta Net as an e learning provider since 2008. We have found them to be professional, accessible and responsive to our requirements. We have developed numerous e learning packages aimed at a wide audience - both staff and public. We are kept reasonably up to date with changes in software and implications relating to this.

The course content is very thorough, and I believe a project is underway to move much of their training to HTML enabled courses which is very useful. They have tweaked courses for us in the passed and are always keen to support my organisation where they can.
I felt that I had to chase the team a fair bit, there was an original date set but no handover had been given so we then had to delay it. The system is great, the lead up to it all was fab. Unfortunately the actual launch let us down. We then had an issue with emails where they were going out very often.
The level of customer service that you receive from DeltaNet is second to none, staff or always willing to help and check up with you afterwards to make sure that everything is working. Their LMS is by far the best I have ever used.

Really prompt and courteous service from the support desk today. They kept in touch and kept me informed as to progress, and were just very helpful.
Support staff have always been helpful. Requests are fulfilled promptly, but with some errors. A small number of staff have been experiencing a bug that prevents their results from being saved on the system. So far this has not been resolved. Support staff have not proactively solved the problem and we have not been updated on any progress towards identifying the problem and finding a solution.

I seemed to have a lot of trouble actually logging into your site, and had to send a few emails before getting into it. As for the actual test itself, I thought the video was well presented, although in reality most of it was just common sense - I can't see the need to pass a test just to continue doing the same as before as an unpaid volunteer.
