If you have any questions that are not covered here, please get in touch.

What is a suspicious item?
A suspicious item is any package or piece of mail that appears without a valid reason for being there. They can come in the post or be left unattended in public or private places. It’s important to be careful when around suspicious items and always report them to the proper authorities.
How do you recognise a suspicious package?
A suspicious package might have a badly written address, have damaged packaging and have powdery residue or wires visibly on it. However, some packages may have none of these signs and still be dangerous. If in doubt, stay away from the package, clear the area and alert the authorities.
What do you do with suspicious mail?
If you get a suspicious piece of mail, do not make contact with it and make sure you and others around you evacuate safely. Alert the appropriate authorities as soon as possible. Training on the subject gives you the peace of mind of knowing you are able to handle these situations safely and calmly.
