Spillages and mess do occur, but it is extremely important to ensure that they are cleaned up correctly. Leaving surfaces wet or improperly cleaned can cause them to become slippery and hazardous. This module explains cleaning products and methods of avoiding slips and trips.
Learners are assessed via multiple-choice questions about slips and trips and how to prevent them. They must achieve a mark of 80% or above to pass.
