Diversity and inclusion (D&I) is vital for all employers. When done well, D&I provides huge benefits to individuals, organisations, and the people they serve.
In this immersive course, you’ll be working at the headquarters of Sandyside, a major manufacturing company. You’ll accompany one of Sandyside’s directors, Coco, as she embarks on a project to improve diversity and inclusion across the business.

This sections defines unconscious bias and helps you to identify steps to ensure it doesn’t influence your decisions and actions.
This section defines what an ally is and how you can become an effective ally in your workplace.
This section will see Coco reviewing her project to improve diversity and inclusion across the business and we will see how decision-making throughout the course can send us on divergent pathways and shape the final outcome.
The course contains a number of multiple-choice questions which form a short assessment. A pass mark of 80% is required to successfully complete the course.
