Topic 1 – The different types of discrimination

This section details the various types and levels of discrimination that can occur.

Topic 2 - Implicit / Unconscious bias and how to correct it

This sections defines unconscious bias and helps you to identify steps to ensure it doesn’t influence your decisions and actions.

Topic 3 – How to be an effective ally

This section defines what an ally is and how you can become an effective ally in your workplace.

Topic 4 – Debrief

This section will see Coco reviewing her project to improve diversity and inclusion across the business and we will see how decision-making throughout the course can send us on divergent pathways and shape the final outcome.

The course contains a number of multiple-choice questions which form a short assessment. A pass mark of 80% is required to successfully complete the course.
